Medium Modular EVA Bag | Thinking outside the box

There are many EVA bags for anglers on the market. And almost all of them are the same. It is clear that we do not see any added value in simply bringing out the same bags as everyone else. Our modular EVA bag does a few things differently to increase its practicality. First, we have developed a very solid connection system for the bags. This consists of super-stable male and female Teflon connectors that are locked in place with a magnetic locking pin. The connectors are aligned with each other on a metal rail, which makes it easier to connect the bags. Of course, you can’t see the construction, but everything is based on practical experience and has been optimised over many months. By connecting two medium bags, you can then carry both comfortably together. Or you can use the connected bags in your bivvy as additional storage space. What everyone immediately notices is how extremely sturdy the lid is. We have spared no expense and present what is probably the most sturdy lid of any EVA bag to date. This makes the bag suitable for use as a table or seat. It is particularly suitable as a seat when you put a standard rectangular bucket in the bag. The bag has been designed to fit the buckets that every angler has. What are the benefits of this? Firstly, it provides additional reinforcement for the bag, allowing it to be used as a seat or a stable storage space. Secondly, it provides even better protection for sensitive items such as cameras, etc. Thirdly, the bag also works well as a cooler bag. The bucket inside the bag and the air between the bucket and the bag create a small layer of insulation.

While we’re on the subject of buckets, why do buckets have one handle and bags have two? We asked ourselves the same question. No angler minds carrying a bucket with one handle. It’s actually more practical, as you often only have one hand free and then have to fiddle around with the second handle. It makes no difference at all when it comes to carrying. That’s why our bag has a handle that is positioned in the middle, just like a bucket. Two things were taken into account when determining the length of the handle: in the shortest position, it is just like a bucket and does not drag on the ground. In the longest position, the bag can be carried comfortably over the shoulder. If you connect two bags together, you can also connect the carrying straps. Everything has been thought of here. In addition, our bags have extra sturdy metal D-rings and the carabiners on the strap are also made of metal.

Back to the bucket. Because you can put a bucket in the bag, we have made the bottom with double material. This makes the bottom of the bag stable.

Do you know that feeling when you have several bags of the same type and you wonder which bag contains what? Because we asked ourselves this question too often, our bags have a label field. You can insert a piece of paper here and write down what’s in the bag. There is a rain flap to prevent the label from getting wet in the rain. Sometimes it’s the small and simple things that make life more comfortable. We are convinced that our EVA bag series offers added value and you can look forward to seeing how we will expand it.
